The "Seared Top Sasami" looks like it has a lot of sasimi, but it is surprisingly lighter than it looks.
We serve it thinly sliced, and there are two ways to eat it: dipping it in egg yolk sauce and eating it like sukiyaki, or wrapping it around onions and pouring ponzu (Japanese sauce made of soy sauce and citrus juice) over it for a refreshing taste.
Both ways of eating it are popular and we encourage you to try it with both flavors!
